Yes. We build a curated targeted audience based on campaign goals, geography, demographics, profession, interests, business decision-maker criteria, and other relevant filters. After compiling the list, we send the email advertisement out for you using our servers.
Do you create the email advertisement for the client?
Yes. Each package includes custom email advertisement creation so the campaign is aligned with the offer, audience, and messaging objective.
How are campaigns delivered?
Campaigns are deployed through authenticated, approved, whitelisted IP infrastructure with controlled sending practices designed to support inbox placement and campaign stability.
Do messages go to the inbox instead of spam?
Yes. Our infrastructure and sending practices are designed to improve inbox placement. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC practices help protect reputation and support more reliable delivery.
Can campaigns be targeted by geography or demographic profile?

Are campaigns refundable?
Once a campaign has been completed, it is non-refundable because the services have already been fully performed, including audience sourcing, email ad preparation, campaign deployment, and execution. For that reason, completed work cannot be reversed or refunded. If you are dissatisfied with the results of your campaign for any reason, please contact us at contact@monarchcampaigns.com so we can discuss your concerns and review the matter with you.
